You will manage your territory, resolve complex issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals. Relevant experience in engineering or lab tech and ability to travel 25% are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in Engineering or Laboratory Technology.
• Ability to travel 25 % within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain diagnostic systems, including installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple complex instruments with documented resolutions.
• Own customer satisfaction by managing issues from start to resolution or escalation with proactive communication.
• Plan and prioritize service visits, maintain inventory, and support on-call rotation and travel for training or critical accounts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety guidelines and maintain documentation for audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor other Field Service Representatives to strengthen capabilities.
