Job summary

You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot diagnostic instruments, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction. You will manage your territory, resolve complex issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in Engineering or Laboratory Technology.
• Ability to travel 50% within the assigned territory.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with laboratory instrumentation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and Maintain Diagnostic Systems: complete installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues across multiple instruments and document resolutions.
• Own Customer Satisfaction by managing issues from start to resolution.
• Manage Territory Effectively: plan visits, maintain inventory, participate in on-call rotation.
• Ensure Compliance and Safety with regulations and quality guidelines.
• Collaborate and Mentor: support cross-functional teams and guide other technicians.
• Achieve Business Metrics for service sales, costs, and KPIs.
• Pursue Continuous Improvement with remote support tools and ongoing training.
