• Install and Maintain Diagnostic Systems: Complete installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on assigned instruments.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Diagnose technical problems across multiple complex instruments and document resolutions.
• Own Customer Satisfaction: Manage customer issues and build strong relationships through proactive communication.
• Manage Territory Effectively: Plan service visits, maintain inventory, and support on-call rotation and travel for training.
• Ensure Compliance and Safety: Follow regulatory, quality, and safety guidelines; document for audits.
• Collaborate and Mentor: Work with cross-functional teams and guide other Field Service Representatives.
• Achieve Business Metrics: Meet targets for service sales, cost of service, and KPIs.
• Continuous Improvement: Use remote tools to maximize instrument uptime and maintain certifications.
