Responsibilities

Install and maintain diagnostic systems to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple instruments and document resolutions.
Manage territory, plan service visits, and participate in on-call rotation and travel for training.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines; document activities for audits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor other field service representatives.
Meet service sales, cost of service, and KPI targets.
