• 2–5 years of experience in Engineering or Laboratory Technology.
• Ability to travel up to 25% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot diagnostic instruments to ensure optimal performance and regulatory compliance.
• Diagnose issues across complex instruments and document resolutions.
• Own customer satisfaction and manage service interactions from start to finish.
• Plan and prioritize service visits, manage inventory, and participate in on-call rotation.
• Ensure safety and quality documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor other Field Service Representatives.
