Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service professional to independently troubleshoot, install, and service Beckman Coulter equipment from a home-based setup. You will maintain service records, order parts, and travel within the assigned geography to support customers.

The role emphasizes strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, hands-on repairs, and training of junior engineers, with remote work arrangements available for eligible positions.

Qualifications

• Associates degree, Military experience, or equivalent experience.
• 1-year experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotic, electronic equipment, and/or instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and service repair of Beckman Coulter equipment.
• Maintain accurate service logs and order repair parts using systems like OBI, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
• Engage with stakeholders and train newer Field Service Engineers.
