Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to ensure the optimal performance of equipment including Chemistry and Immunoassay systems. The role is remote servicing Traverse City, MI, reporting to the Service Manager within the Service Organization.

You will troubleshoot, install, validate, perform preventive maintenance, and provide technical training on products. Travel ~10% and occasional on-site work may be required; leverage systems like OBI, Salesforce, and SharePoint

Qualifications

• 1-year experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, electronic equipment, and/or instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Under minimal direction, troubleshoot, install, validate, perform preventive maintenance, modifications, and service repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
• Maintain accurate logs and order parts; use systems like OBI, Salesforce, SharePoint for planning and team goals.
• Communicate with internal and external customers; assist training of newer Field Service Engineers.
