Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher company, seeks a Field Service Engineer to service hematology, urinalysis, immunoassay, and automation equipment. The role is remote in the El Paso area, with travel as needed and a focus on delivering high-quality service to healthcare clients.

You will join a Field Service Team reporting to the Field Service Manager, ensuring optimal instrument performance while training colleagues and maintaining comprehensive service records.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or military experience, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years diagnosing/repairing mechanical/electromechanical equipment and/or instrumentation.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and have a good driving record; ability to travel across geography; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Handle troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and service repairs independently.
• Maintain accurate logs and internal service records; order repair parts; use OBI, Salesforce, and SharePoint for planning.
• Engage with stakeholders and train newer Field Service Engineers.
