Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service high-end biotech instruments from a home base in California, with nationwide pre-planned visits across the West Coast. The role offers a salary of $110,000-$130,000, plus Bonus, Company Vehicle, Phone Allowance, 5 weeks of PTO, paid healthcare and 401K.

You will perform planned preventative maintenance on biotech equipment, travel for day trips and occasional overnight stays, and have opportunities for progression

Qualifications

• Biotech instrument repair and maintenance experience such as Microplate Readers, Imaging Systems & Colony pickers.
• Molecular Devices brand experience is highly desirable.
• Eager to receive training, progress and looking for a long-term career.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance on Biotech equipment.
• Travel mixes between day trips and overnight in West Coast area (Travel Expenses paid in full with van provided).
• Excellent training, career progression, overtime and company package available.
