Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Field Service Engineer – Biomedical Equipment based in Massachusetts. This fully remote, home-based role covers planned visits nationwide with pre-arranged schedules.

Salary ranges USD110,000–USD130,000 per year and includes a company vehicle, phone allowance, and 401K, plus progression opportunities. The role focuses on preventative maintenance of high-end biomedical/lab instruments.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have a Biomedical Engineering background or strong laboratory instrumentation expertise.
• Experience with chromatography systems such as HPLC/UHPLC is desirable.
• Agilent or Waters brand experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventive maintenance on high-spec biomedical and laboratory instruments.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding arrival times and service needs.
• Travel across New England with travel expenses paid and occasional overnight stays.
