Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service biomedical and laboratory equipment across the New England region. This remote role involves pre-planned nationwide visits with generous compensation and benefits.

You will maintain and service high-end instruments, coordinate with customers, and travel as required. Prior experience with Agilent or Waters systems is valued; a Biomedical Engineering background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
• Technical background in biomedical or laboratory instrumentation.
• Ideally experience with chromatography systems (HPLC/UHPLC) or similar.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance on high-spec biomedical and laboratory instruments.
• Communicate with customers regarding arrival times and service needs.
• Travel within New England and nationwide for planned visits; travel expenses covered.
