Job summary

Sartorius seeks a Field Service Engineer for the New England area. This remote‑based, field‑service role covers Bioprocess products across the northeast, performing installations, start‑ups, calibration, repairs and operator training.

You will travel up to 70% and act as the main liaison with customers, ensuring service excellence while supporting the Greater Boston region. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic disciplines, 3+ years of field service experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic discipline or equivalent.
• 3+ years field service experience (biopharma preferred).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and GMP/GDP requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Installations, start-up, repairs, calibrations and operator training on Bioprocess products.
• Perform preventative maintenance and break/fix activities with accurate records.
• Travel up to 70% to support field service across the Northeast/Massachusetts region.
• Escalate issues to Product Support and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
