Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair laboratory instruments in clinical and research labs across New England. You will provide on-site technical support, perform preventive maintenance, and deliver high levels of customer service, reporting to the Field Service Manager.

This role covers the Malbrough, MA area with remote support for the New England territory.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical/military experience.
• 1+ years diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, electronic equipment, and instrumentation.
• Ability to travel 100% within assigned territory and complete service documentation to meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, validate, and service Beckman Coulter equipment and provide training.
• Maintain accurate logs, order parts, and use systems for planning and scheduling.
• Communicate with internal and external customers and assist with training newer engineers.
