Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; OR equivalent military education; OR participation in GEHC Biomed/FE Services Internship or externship; OR High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform on-time, accurate Preventive Maintenance and accompany FMIs/ISIs as needed.
  • Assist experienced field engineers with equipment installation and basic troubleshooting.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure resolution and follow-up, aiming for satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer service logs and internal service records; order parts and manage cycle times.
  • Engage with customers to identify value-added services and potential revenue opportunities.
