Job summary

Giga Energy is seeking a Client and Field Service EHS Manager to own safety and regulatory compliance for our field service organization across Texas, California, and Nevada. You will build and run the EHS programs, train crews, and ensure OSHA standards are met while visiting job sites in multiple states.

This role is home-based/remote with a strong travel footprint. Expect about 40% travel to field sites and customer locations as part of delivering safety programs and maintaining compliance in

Qualifications

• 4+ years of EHS experience supporting field service or mobile workforces
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience with electrical safety programs (NFPA 70E, LOTO)
• Willingness to travel ~40% to TX, CA, NV
• Strong communication and coaching skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EHS programs meeting OSHA requirements across multiple states
• Serve as primary contact for inspections and audits
• Own safety programs for field service, including electrical safety and PPE standards
• Deliver training and coach technicians in safety practices
• Investigate incidents and maintain OSHA logs
• Coordinate with customers to ensure site safety requirements
