Job summary

TAS Energy, a Houston-headquartered company, seeks an EHS Coordinator to oversee safety programs for field service and commissioning teams nationwide. The role emphasizes proactive safety culture, regulatory compliance, and close collaboration with client EHS teams.

Travel is required to job sites; the candidate will lead audits, incident investigations, and safety training to ensure safe execution of aftermarket services. The position reports to senior leadership and the corporate EHS director.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience developing and leading an EHS program in construction/installation environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, risk assessment and incident investigation.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site safety program for TAS Field Service and Commissioning teams across sites.
• Conduct audits, risk assessments and incident investigations; implement corrective actions.
• Train site personnel on JSA programs and safety procedures; maintain training records.
• Interface with Client safety teams and manage travel to job sites.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Environmental Science or related field
