Job summary

Banda Group International, LLC is seeking an EHS Manager for a renewable energy construction project with 100% travel across North America. The role is based in Muncie, Indiana, and requires hands-on safety leadership, field coaching, and strong regulatory compliance experience.

The EHS Manager will implement and administer the Environmental, Safety, and Health Project Plan, lead field safety activities, and work closely with site leadership, contractors, and project personnel to protect worker

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of direct, full-time EHS experience in environmental health and safety or general industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing or leading others.
• Strong working knowledge of NFPA 70E electrical safety standards and OSHA electrical safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety and compliance initiatives and coach personnel.
• Promote an EHS-friendly culture with proactive hazard identification and incident prevention.
• Develop and manage EHS plans, training, and auditing programs.
• Coordinate with site leadership, contractors, and project teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Travel 80–100% within North America to support field operations.
