Job summary

Giga Energy is seeking a Client and Field Service EHS Manager to own safety and regulatory compliance for our field service teams across Texas, California, and Nevada. You will build and run multi-state EHS programs, lead training, and coach a distributed workforce in NFPA 70E, LOTO, and incident prevention.

This remote role travels ~40% to field sites, customer locations, and Giga factories, working closely with the Field Service Manager to embed safety into dispatch and operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of EHS experience supporting field service or mobile workforces.
• Knowledge of Federal OSHA 1910/1926 standards; Cal/OSHA and Nevada OSHA a plus.
• Experience with electrical safety programs (NFPA 70E, LOTO).
• Willingness to travel ~40% across Texas, California, and Nevada.
• Certifications such as CSP/ASP or similar; OSHA 30‑Hour General Industry; NFPA 70E training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain multi-state EHS programs satisfying OSHA requirements across jurisdictions.
• Track regulatory changes and update programs, training, and documentation.
• Maintain California IIPP and Heat Illness Prevention Plan elements.
• Lead and deliver training on electrical safety, LOTO, PIT/MEWP, and fall protection.
• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and injuries; maintain OSHA logs and timelines.
• Partner with Field Service Manager to embed safety into scheduling and operations.
