Munters is seeking a Field Service EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety programs across field service operations, partnering with technicians, service managers, and customers to promote a strong safety culture.

The role demands hands-on leadership, field audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety training, with up to 75% travel and data center environment exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety & health, EHS, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of construction or field safety experience; 3+ years in mission‑critical environments; data center experience preferred.
• Experience with field employees, contractors, and customers; strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910/1926 and hazard control.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS programs for field service operations.
• Serve as a safety leader for field technicians, managers, contractors, and customers.
