Compactor Rentals of America, LLC (CRA) is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow the waste equipment rentals portfolio, manage existing accounts, and pursue new opportunities with a hunter mentality. This field‑based role is remote with regular local travel to customer sites and periodic in‑person meetings in the Phoenix, AZ area.

The compensation includes a $70,000 base salary plus uncapped monthly commission.

Formación

• 3+ years direct selling experience in a customer-facing role within waste management or related industries.
• Ability to identify and address customer needs, present leasing options, and close deals.
• Experience working in a growth-oriented, dynamic environment and communicating strategies to teams.

Responsabilidades

• Identify viable leads and acquire new commercial business to meet revenue goals.
• Use industry knowledge to recommend equipment and leasing options.
• Prospect via cold calls and set appointments with decision-makers.
• Build relationships with current and prospective clients to drive revenue.
• Utilize Salesforce to document activities and manage profiles.
• Deliver sales presentations and negotiate mutually beneficial terms.
• Prepare rental agreements and complete CRM entries promptly.
• Monitor market trends to anticipate customer needs.
