Takeda’s Customer Engagement Organization seeks a leader to design and drive commercial training programs focused on product launches, sales skills, and franchise strategies.

You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams, manage external vendors and training budgets, and serve as an expert in adult learning and eLearning platforms, delivering innovative training solutions while supporting remote work.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field.
• 5+ years in life sciences/pharma sales, marketing, or training.
• Willingness to travel ~50%.
• Experience in training, learning & development, or commercial strategy preferred.
• Knowledge of IT/eLearning platforms advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, delivery, and measurement of training initiatives supporting product launches, sales skills, and franchise strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align learning strategies with business objectives.
• Manage external vendors and training budgets.
• Act as a subject matter expert in adult learning and eLearning platforms.
• Foster continuous improvement and innovation in training delivery.
