Job summary

BIOTRONIK NEURO in the United States is seeking a Training Manager to lead the U.S. education strategy for field sales, clinical support, sales leaders, and onboarding mentors.

You will convert business priorities into scalable programs and own curriculum, certification standards, and launch readiness across diverse formats. You will collaborate with Regulatory, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and other teams to ensure compliant solutions, measure impact, and drive time-to-productivity across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
• 5+ years in regulated healthcare environments (medical devices, neuromodulation).
• 5+ years in field sales, clinical support, or sales training.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional training across dispersed teams.
• Expertise in adult learning, curriculum design, and certification design.
• Knowledge of regulatory and promotional-compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year training strategy and annual plan aligned with priorities.
• Oversee onboarding, certification, and curricula across formats (live, virtual, digital).
• Use needs analyses and learner feedback to prioritize programs and improve impact.
• Own learning paths, certification standards, and curriculum governance.
• Lead product launch readiness and post-launch measurement activities.
• Maintain expertise in BIOTRONIK NEURO therapies and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, compliant solutions.
• Provide guidance to trainers and mentors to ensure consistent delivery.
• Measure certification, time-to-productivity, and business impact; adjust programs as needed.
• Manage annual budget, vendors, learning technologies, and analytics tools.

Proven success leading technical, clinical, product, and commercial training for geographically dispersed teams

Working knowledge of medical-device regulatory, quality, legal, and promotional-compliance requirements

Strong writing, presentation, facilitation, and executive-influence skills

Ability to travel 30–50%, including overnight travel and occasional evening/weekend or international commitments
