• 8+ years in pharma/biotech with 5+ years field sales and 3 years in learning/capability building.
• Led program/covability from ground up in a new or evolving org.
• Experience building customer-engagement capability across brands/therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA customer-facing learning strategy aligned with priorities.
• Define core selling and engagement competencies by role/tenure.
• Build scalable development pathways from onboarding to advanced proficiency.
• Design and deliver learning programs across live, virtual, and blended formats.
• Collaborate with field leadership to embed capabilities into learning programs.
• Measure learning effectiveness and tie to performance results.
• Manage external partners, vendors, budgets, and governance.
