Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to support Facilities Supply in the Birmingham/Tuscaloosa area. This field-based, remote role includes a fuel card, auto allowance, mobile phone and laptop.

You will build relationships with customers, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue for a multi-billion-dollar organization. The role emphasizes travel within the territory, strong customer service, and proactive problem-solving to deliver value across specifiers,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of outside field sales experience preferred.
• Experience in the MRO vertical is beneficial.
• Proven sales experience in distribution/manufacturing is advantageous.
• Strong problem solving, leadership and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers and vendors.
• Grow share of wallet by developing trust-based relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement sales strategies.
• Perform product quotations and resolve customer issues with outstanding service.
• Analyze competition and communicate sales strategies to management.
• Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
• Document all sales activities in CRM and Map My Customer.
