In this newly created role, the hire will be the face of the company at client sites. They will focus on building strong relationships with maintenance and technical teams, managing on-site inventory, and identifying ways the company can add more value to customers' operations. This is an ideal role for someone who is growth‑oriented, enjoys being "out and about," and has a strong customer‑service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Establish trust and rapport with maintenance teams and end users to support customer retention.
• Conduct regular field visits to inspect installed products and ensure inventory health.
• Manage point‑of‑use or consignment inventory, including tracking usage and proactive replenishment.
• Perform on‑site assessments to identify potential risks or improper installations and provide solutions.
• Document observations and usage trends in the CRM system to flag new opportunities for the sales team.
• Assist with the onboarding of new users by providing basic product guidance and usage support.
• Act as a liaison between field‑level customers and internal teams to ensure fast issue resolution.
• Identify operational challenges at client sites that may require engineered solutions or additional training.
• Partner with account managers to provide frontline insights for customer growth plans.
• Maintain a professional and safety‑conscious presence during all client site visits.

Qualifications
