Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in electronics distribution, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in electronics distribution; experience in passive components preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; Excel skills (VLOOKUP/macros) a plus.
• Ability to build influential relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Collaborative mindset to work with internal/external resources for results.
• Strong communication, negotiating and organization skills.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage account relationships and provide strategic service to customers.
• Maximize margins and drive value-added solution selling.
• Coordinate quoting, demand fulfilment, and on-time delivery with teams.
• Liaise between suppliers and customers to build long-term partnerships.
• Develop and manage customer strategy for assigned territory.
