Job summary

Quincy Compressor is seeking a Field Sales Representative (Equipment) to drive growth in the Birmingham, AL area. You will develop customers in your sales territory, build value through leads, and manage opportunities that support business expansion.

You will guide customers in designing compressed air solutions, prospect new accounts, and collaborate with utility partners to optimize energy rebates. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the compressed air industry or with compressed air systems.
• Customer-focused with ability to understand and prioritize customer needs.
• Willing to take risks while evaluating potential pitfalls and staying organized.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers in the sales territory and create value through leads and opportunities.
• Prospect new and drifted accounts to generate revenue and manage quotes.
• Audit compressed air systems and collaborate with local utilities for energy-saving rebates.
• Support and grow local sub-distribution networks and provide training to customers and partners.
• Travel daily within the territory and domestically as needed to meet business goals.
