Job summary

Monil is a fast-moving company building virtual fencing technology for grazing livestock, expanding across the US Midwest. This role combines field visits with phone outreach to ranchers, guiding them through the buying process and showcasing our on-farm demonstrations.

You will travel to farms in Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Oklahoma, and Nebraska, build trust with producers, and work with the Farmer Success Manager to ensure a successful start.

Qualifications

• Experience in agriculture, cattle, grazing, or livestock production.
• Ability to conduct on-farm conversations with producers.
• Comfort with field work and desk follow-ups to move deals forward.
• Hands-on sales experience or education related to sales/agriculture.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Meet with cattle producers and ranchers across multiple states.
• Conduct on-farm demos and guide producers through buying steps.
• Prospect new opportunities and close sales via phone and outreach.
• Support producer meetings, demo days, and industry events.
• Collaborate with Farmer Success Manager to ensure successful starts.
• Share field feedback to improve product fit and messaging.
• Iterate sales processes using real-world field experience.
