Job summary

North is redefining payments for restaurants and retailers with a SaaS platform and flexible, home-based field sales roles. As a Sales Professional, you’ll build a local book of business, run the full cycle from first contact to close, and partner with POS dealers and other local networks to generate referrals.

You'll demo the product, own Salesforce activity, and earn uncapped weekly commissions plus residuals and equity. We offer benefits and a clear career path in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• At least 18 and have a valid driver’s license.
• Charisma with strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, startup vibe where every day is an adventure.
• Self-starter who can pivot on a dime and still shine.
• Cold-calling and local canvassing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of restaurants is a plus.
• Sales experience preferred, especially if you love the thrill of the close.
• Remote field sales role, but you must live in the area.

Responsibilities

• Build a local pipeline and guide prospects through the entire sales cycle—from first call to close.
• Forge partnerships with local POS dealers, web designers, and referral networks.
• Perform demos so prospects feel engaged and informed about the product.
• Team up with North to convert promises into real results and use Salesforce to manage activities.
• Know the competition and position North as the best choice.
