Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking an Away From Home Field Sales Representative to drive sales in a designated territory. You will own the full sales cycle, build distributor relationships, and execute growth initiatives while meeting revenue targets.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales or related roles, strong communication and analytical skills, and a proactive mindset. This remote role allows home-office work with travel and regional connectivity requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1–3 years of sales, customer service, or business development experience in foodservice/CPG.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving and overcoming challenges.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead sales efforts in your assigned territory to drive market share and profitability.
• Execute the Foodservice Sales Playbook and develop profitable strategies with distributors.
• Build distributor relationships and participate in local events and initiatives.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and forecast demand accurately.
