Job summary

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking a Field Sales Representative for South Florida. You will define markets, build relationships with customers, and promote Arrow’s value-added supply chain and lifecycle programs.

The role requires a four-year degree and at least five years of related experience, with a track record in strategic account planning, complex selling, and use of Salesforce and Oracle for sales tracking.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Define critical markets and new customers in the South Florida region and plan strategy to develop key relationships.
• Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts who may be determining design opportunities and deal with challenges.
• Promote and sell Arrow offerings including supply chain and lifecycle programs; lead quarterly business reviews (iQBR) with major customers to unlock opportunities.
• Travel within the territory (approx. 3-4 days per week) and work remotely as needed; use SalesForce.com and Oracle for tracking.
• Assignment to a sales compensation plan with target incentives based on goals.
