Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Field Sales Representative - Citrix Hunter to identify net-new customers, build territory plans, and drive full sales cycle from outreach to close across IT, infrastructure, cloud, and security segments.

You will collaborate with marketing and vendor teams, maintain a robust Salesforce pipeline, and participate in a compensation plan with variable OTE tied to sales goals. Travel to Arrow offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire net-new customers within assigned territories through strategic outbound prospecting, account-based selling, and lead generation activities.
• Build and execute territory and account plans focused on creating pipeline and driving new business opportunities for Citrix and related Arrow solutions.
• Develop executive-level relationships with IT, infrastructure, cloud, security, and networking decision-makers to uncover business challenges and position value-based solutions.
• Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through proposal development, negotiations, and close, working closely with vendor partners, technical resources, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, business development, and vendor teams to execute targeted campaigns, follow up on assigned leads, and convert demand generation activities into qualified opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, opportunity, and activity tracking within Salesforce.com and other Arrow sales systems.
• Conduct regular business reviews with leadership, providing visibility into territory performance, pipeline development, forecasting, and growth strategies.
• Promote Arrow's value-added services, professional services, lifecycle management, and supply chain capabilities as part of comprehensive customer solutions.
• Meet and exceed assigned revenue, pipeline creation, and activity-based performance metrics.
