Job summary

Xplor Education is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and flexible, remote work.

You’ll prospect, educate, and close deals with local businesses on payment processing solutions. As a remote-friendly role, you’ll be supported with training, activation bonuses, and growth opportunities while building a portfolio of active accounts and earning monthly commissions plus long-term

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills translating concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
