Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales team seeks motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing payments solutions group. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income, designed for those who want control of their time and earnings.

You’ll work remotely from anywhere with eligible rights, educate merchants, close deals, and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals with a supportive training environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
• Align with core values and demonstrate professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
