Job summary

The Field Sales Engineer will work remotely from a home office in the Denver Metro area and collaborate with engineering, product development, marketing, operations, and support teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements and drive growth. A strong background in electrical engineering, automated test equipment, or systems integration is preferred, along with proven sales and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation in electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience in technical sales, business development, or systems integration in test and measurement.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and translate into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within assigned territories.
• Provide front-line technical support to customers, including pre-sales and post-sales assistance.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and profitability.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to understand requirements and propose solutions.
• Conduct on-site visits to strengthen relationships and support active projects.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and opportunities using CRM tools.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
