Job summary

DITEK CORPORATION in Largo, FL is seeking an Experienced Inside Sales Representative to support existing customers within a designated territory. The role requires handling RFQs, purchase orders, and technical questions, with strong relationship-building focus and Salesforce CRM proficiency.

You will work with a Field Sales Engineer, meet monthly bonus targets, and collaborate with distributor locations across the region.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3+ years electrical and/or low-voltage industry experience required.
• Must possess a valid Florida driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone and email inquiries related to RFQs, purchase orders, technical questions, and site survey and meeting requests.
• Maintain contact with distributor locations in the assigned territory at least once every 60 days.
• Regularly check inventory levels at distributor locations to support local customers.
• Leverage distributor relationships to uncover new leads for FSE.
• Analyze Commission Pivot and Customer Detail Pivot reports monthly to optimize sales performance.
• Meet with FSE counterpart weekly to review territory performance and plan travel.
