Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a remote field-based sales professional to develop new business relationships and drive revenue growth across a designated territory in Illinois.

The role requires in-person meetings about 80% of the time within Saint Charles and surrounding areas, with travel to client sites as needed. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2–3 years of sales experience, plus strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong referral network and execute a strategic calling program to generate leads and drive sales results.
