Job summary

The Joint Replacement Sales Associate role at Stryker Corporation supports the Sales Representatives by promoting products, conducting in OR and office evaluations, and fostering strong customer relationships. You will learn selling processes through coaching and help achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional service.

You will cover a designated territory, manage sample inventory, and participate in trainings to stay current on product expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s Degree, or Medical Certification (e.g., CST, PT, CPT) with at least 2 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma with at least 4 years of related experience.
• Minimum 4 years of active-duty military service.
• Medical related fields or B2B sales experience.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience.
• Sales or marketing internship.
• Collegiate extracurricular experience demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist confident, competitive and results oriented salespeople in promoting and selling Stryker products.
• Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room (OR) and office settings.
• Assist with business development activities, track territory progress and communicate effectively with Sales Representatives.
• Solve product problems onsite and educate medical staff.
• Provide exceptional service to customers.
• Maintain sample inventory with strong time management.
• Build lasting client relationships with key stakeholders.
• Learn or hone selling skills and process through coaching/mentoring support from Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers.
• On-call duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as determined by territory needs, to address urgent technical needs and ensure continuous customer support.
• Complete required trainings and certifications to maintain product expertise and readiness.
