Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in reimbursement or market access, or proven experience managing complex insurance claims and denials.
• Strong knowledge of coding, coverage, and payment requirements for implantable medical devices across care settings.
• Experience engaging with healthcare professionals and delivering educational sessions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong in-person and virtual presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly, up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on coding, coverage, and payment requirements for Medicare and commercial payers.
• Educate healthcare providers, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers on reimbursement resources and programs.
• Identify and resolve access issues in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Respond to requests for site visits, reimbursement support, and program reviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals through reimbursement engagement.
• Execute market access priorities and align support with business objectives.
• Deliver reimbursement presentations, trainings, and educational materials.
