Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager in Florida to optimize patient access by reducing reimbursement barriers for providers and patients. You will build relationships with providers, offices, ASCs, and hospital facilities while partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure access to Inspire therapy.

You will lead reimbursement programs, deliver coding and coverage education, and support site visits, trainings, and program reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science or healthcare administration required.
• 7+ years of reimbursement/market access experience with Medicare and commercial payers.
• Experience engaging with HCPs in multiple sites of service and in group educational settings.
• Ability to travel regularly up to 25% and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Be subject matter expert on coding, coverage, and payment for Medicare and commercial payers.
• Communicate reimbursement education and resources to customers across multiple sites of service.
• Navigate and address account and patient access issues with external and internal stakeholders.
• Respond to client and partner requests for site visits and program reviews.
• Maintain customer relationships through reimbursement engagement and cross-functional partnerships.
• Collaborate on reimbursement presentations for trainings, site visits, and meetings.
