Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems is hiring a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Florida region. This remote role supports patients and providers by navigating Medicare and commercial payer coverage, coding, and reimbursement processes.

You’ll partner with sales, education, and legal teams to minimize barriers and improve access to our implantable device therapy. The role requires strong communication, field engagement across sites of service, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in reimbursement/market access.
• Experience with complex insurance payer claims, denials and appeals (Medicare and commercial).
• Knowledge in coding, coverage, and payment for implantable medical devices.
• Experience engaging with HCPs in multiple sites of service and in group settings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for interface with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Be subject matter expert on coding, coverage, and payment for Medicare and commercial payers.
• Explain reimbursement education, support, and resources to customers at multiple sites of service.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address access issues.
• Respond to client and partner requests for site visits and program reviews.
• Maintain customer relationships through reimbursement engagement and cross-functional partnerships.
• Execute on access and reimbursement priorities with business partners.
• Develop reimbursement presentations for site visits and trainings.
• Stay informed on CMS and payer dynamics and industry trends.
• Support compliance with quality system procedures and applicable laws.
