Job summary

Heartflow, a medical technology company advancing cardiovascular care, seeks a Remote Field Reimbursement Manager to partner with the commercial team and enable patient access through expert coding, billing, and payer strategy.

You will educate the field on payer policy, work with health systems to optimize prior authorizations and claims appeals, and travel up to 30% within the Northeast region to support key accounts and drive reimbursement success for Heartflow’s cCTA pathway.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of coding and billing experience managing government and commercial claims.
• Experience in medical service coding and reimbursement.
• Experience embedded within a commercial sales organization (medical device, diagnostics, or pharma preferred).
• Must be in or able to relocate to Northeast region states.

Responsibilities

• Act as reimbursement expert within the commercial field team and enable sales success.
• Attend strategic customer calls to address coding, billing, and access concerns.
• Identify facilities needing reimbursement support and develop strategies to address barriers.
• Educate the commercial team on payer developments and billing trends.
