Inspire Medical Systems seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to optimize patient access and minimize barriers with Medicare and commercial payers. You will build relationships with providers and offices, collaborate with internal teams, and educate customers on coverage and coding across multiple sites of service.

You will interact with field sales, prior authorization, and reimbursement teams, traveling up to 25% to support accounts and deliver program reviews.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science or healthcare administration required.
• 7+ years of reimbursement/market access experience with Medicare and commercial payers.
• Experience engaging with HCPs and multiple sites of service.

Mansioni

• Be subject matter expert on coding, coverage, and payment for Medicare and commercial payers.
• Communicate reimbursement education and resources to customers across sites of service.
• Navigate account and patient access issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support site visits, program reviews, and reimbursement needs.
• Develop reimbursement presentations for trainings and client meetings.
• Keep up with CMS and payer trends to guide access strategies.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
