Job summary

argenx is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to enable patient access for its portfolio, including complex specialty therapies. You will educate providers on reimbursement processes, develop access strategies, and navigate payer policies across medical and pharmacy benefits.

The role requires strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration across Patient Services, Market Access, and other teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in reimbursement or patient access.
• Experience supporting therapies billed under medical and pharmacy benefits.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in neurology, immunology, or other complex specialty areas.

Responsibilities

• Engage providers to ensure patient access and reimbursement education.
• Develop account-specific access strategies and guide authorization processes.
• Manage complex reimbursement issues and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Patient Services and Market Access to remove barriers.
• Track performance using CRM tools and analytics.
