Job summary

argenx is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to optimize patient access to our portfolio across medical and pharmacy channels in the United States. You will educate providers, navigate payer policies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove access barriers.

Based in the Central NJ area with national travel, the role is remote-friendly and includes a comprehensive benefits package. A competitive salary and bonus opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of reimbursement, patient access, market access, or related healthcare experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance, prior authorizations, claims and appeals.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, problem-solving and customer engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reimbursement and patient access resource for providers and staff within the assigned territory.
• Educate customers on patient access, reimbursement, coverage policies, prior authorizations, claims, appeals and billing considerations.
• Develop account-specific access strategies and navigate payer challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address access barriers and improve patient outcomes.
• Use CRM, data analytics, and reporting to document activities and track performance.
