Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager in Oklahoma City, OK to support the Bone Health unit. You will manage defined accounts, educate providers on payer coverage and navigate the reimbursement process, including PHI considerations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with HUB, resolving reimbursement issues, and driving access through private and public payer changes. Travel up to 40% is required; remote work options exist with regular in- geography presence.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or advanced degree required with leadership experience.
• Experience in public or private third-party access arena or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational skills and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage defined accounts within a geographic region for Patient Access and Reimbursement.
• Support products by executing the territory strategic plan.
• Educate healthcare providers on payer coverage and changes affecting patient access.
• Coordinate with HUB and other partners to resolve reimbursement issues.
• Travel up to 40% as needed to meet customers.
