Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support the Bone Health business across Eastern & Central Pennsylvania (excluding Philadelphia). The role involves payer navigation, education of providers, and coordination with HUB to resolve coverage challenges while traveling up to 40%.

You will lead cross‑functional efforts, manage complex reimbursement cases, and ensure optimal patient access to Amgen medications across multiple payer types, including Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree or Master’s degree with 3 years of customer service/leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of customer service/leadership experience.
• 2+ years in public or private third‑party access arena or pharma industry in managed care/sales.
• Experience directly managing people and/or leading teams or projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as an extension of HUB, providing live one‑on‑one coverage support.
• Support reimbursement journey from physician order to payer prior authorization and appeals.
• Educate providers on payer coverage and changes affecting patient access.
• Coordinate access/reimbursement with HUB and other partners.
• Provide information on product coverage under commercial/Medicare/Medicaid.
