Amgen, a global biopharmaceutical leader, is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager in Portland, OR, covering Oregon, Idaho, Santa Rosa and Redding. You will navigate patient access, reimbursement processes, and payer interactions to support product access across a defined territory.

You will educate providers, coordinate with HUB and cross‑functional teams, and lead reimbursement issue resolution while traveling up to 40% and balancing remote work options.

• Experience in public or private third‑party access within pharma or managed care.
• Strong medical reimbursement experience and familiarity with specialty pharmacy.
• Proven presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Organizational and project management capabilities.
• High computer literacy and proficiency with office tools.

Mansioni

• Act as extension of the HUB, providing live one-on-one coverage support.
• Assist from physician order to reimbursement across the reimbursement journey.
• Review patient-specific information to resolve coverage challenges.
• Educate healthcare providers on payer coverage and changes affecting access.
• Coordinate access/reimbursement issues with partners including the HUB.
• Provide information on product coverage under benefit designs.
• Serve as payer expert for defined geography and communicate changes.
• Offer in-office education during access processes and prior authorization steps.
• Educate offices using approved materials and tools.
• Review patient insurance benefits and financial assistance options.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve reimbursement issues.
