Amgen seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to support our Bone Health unit across Oklahoma. The role covers patient access, reimbursement, and collaborating with HUB to manage payer changes. Remote work two days per week with travel up to 40%.

You will educate HCPs on coverage, manage reimbursement issues, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve coverage challenges. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Competenze

• Experience in public or private third-party access arena or pharmaceutical industry in managed care, clinical support, and/or sales.
• Strong medical reimbursement experience and/or Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill knowledge.
• Proven presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Organizational skills and project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with hubs and in-depth knowledge of issues related to billing, coding, and appeals across physician types.
• Strong collaboration and ability to lead cross functional partner meetings.

Mansioni

• Manage defined accounts within a geographic region for Patient Access and Reimbursement.
• Support products by executing the territory strategic plan.
• Understand reimbursement process, field reimbursement services, and patient support programs.
• Resolve patient-level reimbursement issues and work with PHI.
• Act as HUB extension providing live coverage support.
• Assist from physician order to reimbursement through prior authorization to appeals.
• Educate healthcare providers on payer coverage changes.
• Coordinate access/reimbursement with HUB and other partners.
• Inform offices on benefit design coverage (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid).
• Serve as payer expert for defined geography and communicate payer changes.
