Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support the Bone Health business across Wisconsin, Northern IL and Eastern Iowa. The FRM will manage defined accounts, execute territory plans, and serve as payer expert to ensure patient access and proper reimbursement.

Responsibilities include educating healthcare providers on coverage, resolving coverage challenges, and coordinating with HUBs and partners. Travel up to 40% with two remote/home office days weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience in public or private third-party access arena or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong medical reimbursement experience and/or Buy & Bill knowledge.
• Proven presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate and update healthcare providers on payer coverage and changes impacting access.
• Serve as payer expert for defined geography and communicate payer changes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate access/reimbursement issues with HUB and other partners.
• Provide information on how products are covered under commercial/Medicare/Medicaid.
• Lead cross-functional discussions to resolve reimbursement challenges.
